Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon
Tender, flaky salmon lacquered in a sticky-sweet garlic-honey glaze that comes together in under thirty minutes.

If you have ever been intimidated by cooking fish at home, this recipe is your official peace treaty with seafood. Salmon has a bad reputation for turning dry and sad the second you look away, but bathing it in a bubbling skillet of garlic, soy sauce, honey, and fresh lemon juice makes it completely bulletproof.
The real magic here is the sear-and-bake double team. Searing the filets on the stovetop lets that sweet glaze reduction soak into every crevice, while a quick blast in a screaming hot oven turns the honey into a sticky, caramelized lacquer. You end up with crisp, golden edges and an impossibly tender, flaky center that practically melts on your fork.
It looks and tastes like something you would order at a high-end bistro, but it comes together faster than it takes to get door delivery on a Tuesday night.
Serve these sticky fillets over a mountain of steamed jasmine rice to soak up every last drop of the pan sauce, toss a few roasted greens on the side, and prepare to feel like a total culinary genius for minimal effort.
